Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we do. We offer same-day delivery nationwide through the Courier Guy. Rates start from R90 locally and go up depending on size, distance, and weight. Prices are quoted prior to confirming your order, so there will not be any hidden costs involved.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are in the process of connecting our website through Yoco, but for the time being all orders are confirmed with payment through EFT. We do not release orders unless payment has been reflected in our account. Payment details will be sent with your invoice.
What delivery options are there?
We provide delivery through Courier Guy, Paxi, and Pudo.
The Courier guy is quoted per order. Pudo is a flat rate of R60 from locker to locker, with a weight limit of 20kg. Paxi starts at R60, but the price increases per bag size and per days it takes to be delivered.

My order has been sent, what now?
Once your order has been shipped via the Courier Guy or Pudo you can track your order with your Waybill number via this link:https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track
If your order was sent via Paxi you will receive an SMS with tracking updates to your number given when placing your order.
Can we meet up or get our order delivered directly by you?
We do offer meet-up points during the week, but only during the day. Meet-up points can be found on our Announcements page. We are also available to do direct delivery, but the delivery rate is R3 / km round trip from our location to yours.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you are able to collect your order/s from us, but only with prior arrangements and only before 7 p.m. on weekdays or before 4 p.m. on weekends, We cannot accommodate collections any time after this. Thank you for your understanding.
