We are an online store, based in Boston Bellville. We started up in February 2023 and have been fulfilling orders successfully through Takealot since 2020. 

Orders placed with us are only confirmed once payment is made. We don't confirm orders if we have not received payment or proof of payment in advance, this is non-negotiable. We have a number of suppliers and do not have the warehouse space to store every single item on site, so we do sell predominantly on lead time, meaning we go buy your item once you confirm your order. 

We have Terms and Conditions that can be found on our FB page, pertaining to returns, deliveries etc. 

Please note that return policies differ for different items depending on which supplier they are from and we don't refund due to buyer's remorse, only due to manufacturing issues, not issues caused by the customer due to misuse or neglect. 

Deliveries are done through Pudo, Paxi, Courier Guy, or direct delivery at a rate of R3 a km round trip (there and back). 

If you want to place your order, please confirm your name and all relevant contact details, quantity, etc. For your order, we'll get back to you with your invoice and banking details.
